It means each design is made a single time and then never made again. Not a limited run, not a small batch — one. When a piece sells, that exact combination of fabric, color, and detail is finished for good.

It is also why I cannot restock a piece you saw and loved last month. I can make you something new in a similar spirit, but it will be its own thing.

Yes. Every piece is cut, sewn, pieced, and finished by me. There is no factory, no team, and no production line. Embroidery is done by hand with a needle and floss, not by machine.

That is also why quantities are small and why timelines are honest rather than instant.

Mostly natural fibers — cotton, linen, and cotton blends — chosen piece by piece rather than ordered in bulk. A lot of what I use is sourced secondhand or from remnant and deadstock fabric, which is part of how the whole thing stays low-waste.

If you have a sensitivity to a particular fiber, tell me before we start and I will work around it.

Ready-made pieces in the shop generally run from $45 for a tote to $85 for a patchwork hoodie. Custom work starts at $55 for a tote, $65 for an embroidered piece, and $95 for a fully custom hoodie, depending on complexity and materials.

You will always get a specific quote before anything is made.

Use the Inquire button on any piece in the shop, or send a note through the contact page. I will confirm the piece is still available — since everything is one of one, things do sell — and walk you through payment and shipping from there.

Four steps: you share your vision, we talk through options and I send a quote and timeline, I make the piece and send progress photos, then it ships. Nothing gets made until you have approved the plan and the price.

For custom pieces I work from measurements rather than sizes, because a medium means something different at every brand. You only need five numbers, and there is a step-by-step guide in how to measure yourself for a custom piece.

If measuring yourself feels like a lot, you can measure a garment you already love laid flat and send those numbers instead.

It depends on the piece and on what else is in progress, so I give you a real timeline with your quote rather than a generic promise. Ready-made orders are processed and packaged within 3–5 business days.

If you need something by a specific date, say so up front and I will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Standard domestic shipping is free and arrives in about 5–7 business days. Express ($12, 2–3 business days) and overnight ($25) options are available. International shipping goes to select countries, with rates that vary by destination.

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because every piece is one of one, a straight exchange is not possible — there is no identical second one to swap it for — but I will always work with you to find a solution.

Custom orders cannot be returned, since they are made specifically for you. That is why I send photos for approval before anything ships. See the returns page for the complete policy.

Not really, and that is on purpose. Making the same thing many times over is the opposite of what this is. For small group gifts — bridesmaids, teacher gifts, a family set — reach out and we can talk about a coordinated set of pieces that are still individually unique.
