Understanding One of One

Because each piece is one of a kind, traditional exchanges aren't possible — there's no identical piece to swap it for! However, I'm committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all details carefully before confirming your custom order. I'll send photos for approval before shipping to ensure you love it!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I'll make it right with a repair, replacement (for non-one-of-one items), or full refund including return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email me at hello@emmahines.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 5 business days of approval
  4. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
